The President Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind Maulana Qari Mohammad Usman Mansoorpuri and General Secretary Maulana Mahmood Madani condoled the demise of the veteran Congress leader & pary Treasurer Mr. Ahmad Patel.
He was a true statesman and the pillar of the Congress party who served the party and country with dedication and faithfulness. It was his unprecedented characteristic thatdespite being most influential leader in the Congress, he preferred to keep a low profile and was never ambitious for himself .
Ahmed Patel always maintained relationship with leadership of Jamiat Ulama-i Hind. He had close relationship and vast respect with late Maulana
Asa’d Madani, the former president of Jamait Ulama-i-Hind
A delegation of Jamiat Ulama-i-HInd visited Medanta Hospital in
Gurugram and paid homage to him. Later his body was dispatched to his
native homeland Gujarat. The JUH delegation comprised Maulana
Hakeemuddin Qasmi etc.
The President and General Secretary of Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind also
prayed for his maghfirah and that he be placed in paradise.
