आईएसटीडी ने मनाया 53वां स्थापना दिवस समारोह

‘प्रतिभा की कमी-चुनौतियां और आगे का रास्ता‘ विषय पर हुई राष्ट्रीय संगोष्ठी

नई दिल्ली/कोटा, 11 अप्रैल। इंडियन सोसाइटी फॉर ट्रेनिंग एंड डेवलपमेंट (आईएसटीडी) ने सोमवार को विभिन्न राज्यों के 50 अन्य चेप्टर का 53वां स्थापना दिवस समारोह मनाया।

इस अवसर पर ‘प्रतिभा की कमी-चुनौतियां और आगे का रास्ता‘ विषय पर राष्ट्रीय संगोष्ठी हुई, जिसमें मुख्य वक्ता इंडियन ऑयल कॉर्पोरेशन के निदेशक (एचआर) रंजन कुमार महापात्र ने कहा कि जीवन में तीन ई यानी (Empathy, Engagement and Empowerment) सहानुभूति, जुड़ाव और अधिकारिता बहुत जरूरी है।

उन्होंने सफलता के लिये चपलता, अनुकूलता और संरेखण को प्रमुख मंत्र बताते हुये युवाओं की रि-स्किलिंग व हुनरमंदी पर जोर दिया।

महापात्रा ने कहा कि वेब आधारित ऑनलाइन रिपॉजिटरी इसमें बहुत महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाती है। हमें कारपेंटर, इलेक्ट्रीशियन जैसे असंगठित क्षेत्र में कौशल अंतर को पाटना होगा।

आईएसटीडी के पूर्व राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष डॉ.डी.के. बानवेट ने संस्था की विशेष उपलब्धियों को बताया।

तीन ‘आर’ पर करें विचार-

आईएसटीडी की राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष सुश्री अनीता चौहान ने रिटर्न ऑफ एसोसिएशन और आर्ट ऑफ गिविंग का महत्व बताते हुये कहा कि इससे न केवल समाज मे निस्वार्थ सेवाभाव बढेगा, बल्कि बडे़े पैमाने पर स्थायी लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त करने में मदद मिलती है।

उन्होंने जीवन के सभी क्षेत्रों में सफलता प्राप्त करने के लिए 3 R , Resilience (लचीलापन), Resolve (संकल्प) और Responsibility (जवाबदेही) को लागू करने पर जोर दिया। हम व्यक्ति पर केंद्रित न होकर प्रक्रिया का निर्माण करें। आईएसटीडी के माध्यम से युवा पीढी को टेक्नोलॉजी से जोडकर साझा कार्य संस्कृति विकसित करें।

संस्था की उत्तर क्षेत्रीय उपाध्यक्ष उषा जैन ने ट्रेनिंग एंड डेवलपमेंट मे विकास क्षेत्रों पर फोकस करने पर जोर दिया। 53वें स्थापना दिवस समारोह के दौरान आईएसटीडी के आगामी यूथ फेस्टिवल और इनोवेटिव ट्रेनिंग प्रैक्टिसेज अवार्ड्स की घोषणा की गई।

इनको किया सम्मानित-

कार्यक्रम के दौरान विश्व युवा केंद्र के मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी उदयशंकर सिंह, ग्रुरूग्राम चैप्टर अध्यक्ष डॉ राज सिंह, दिल्ली चैैप्टर की चेयरपर्सन डॉ अनुभा, आईआईटी दिल्ली के प्रो.एस के जैन, पूर्व ईडी एयर कमोडोर अमृत लाल को सम्मानित किया गया। आईएसटीडी के कार्यवाहक निदेशक सौरव बसु ने स्वागत भाषण दिया।

अंत में महाप्रबंधक मनवर सिंह ने आभार जताया। कार्यक्रम में हेमलता, सुभाश्री, ममता, लक्ष्मी, मीनाक्षी, सरिता, प्रज्ञा, मुन्नी, लोकेश, प्रकाश, आमिर, गुरविंदर, विजय, अनूप, अभिमन्यु, रामनरेश, रोहित, रामसिंह ने विशेष सहयोग किया .

 

ISTD celebrates 53rd Foundation Day Celebrations

Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD) launched the celebrations of its 53rd Foundation Day on 10th April 2023 at its National Headquarters, New Delhi, and 50 other Chapters across India with the theme ‘Talent Shortage – Challenges & Way Forward’ .

ISTD is a premier institution of Training and Development in India and a world-wide known organization in the learning and development landscape.

The theme of the event was “Talent Shortage – Challenges & Way Forward” and the Chief Guest of the Foundation Day Celebration was Shri Ranjan Kumar Mohapatra, Director (HR), Indian Oil Corporation. Mahapatra stated on three E’s i.e. Empathy, Engage and Empowerment . He also said about Agility, Adaptability and Alignment – the key mantra for success.

Mohapatra further said on the transition from talent shortage to talent nurturing and its various possible methods like re-skilling, upskilling to mention amongst others, the online web based repository also plays a very significant role in upskilling of individuals.

The need for bridging the skill gap for the unorganized sectors in various trades like carpenter, electrician etc. deserves due attention.

Dr. D.K. Banwet, the Former president of ISTD highlighted the milestones achieved by ISTD since its inception.

National President Ms. Anita Chauhan, explaining the importance of Association of Return and Art of Giving, said that this will not only increase selfless service to the society, but also help in achieving sustainable goals in a big way.

She emphasized on applying 3 R’s, i.e. Resilience, Resolve and Responsibility to achieve success in all walks of life. Let us not focus on the person but build the process. Develop a shared work culture by connecting the young generation with technology through ISDT.”

The Northern Regional Vice President of ISTD, Ms. Usha Jain urged to focus on the key growth areas in the field of Training and Development.

During the 53rd Foundation Day Celebration, two upcoming programmes of ISTD i.e. Youth Festival and Innovative Training Practices Awards were also announced.

The Foundation Day Celebration of ISTD, concluded remark by the National President of ISTD to follow 3R’s i.e. Resilience, Resolve and Responsiveness in everyone’s approach to achieve success in all spheres of life.

Uday Shankar Singh, Chief Executive Officer of Vishwa Yuva Kendra, Dr. Raj Singh, President of Gurugram Chapter, Dr. Anubha, Chairperson of Delhi Chapter, Prof. SK Jain of IIT Delhi, Former ED Air Commodore Amrit Lal were honored during the programme.

Sourav Basu, Acting Director, ISTD, delivered the welcome address. In the end, General Manager Manwar Singh expressed his gratitude.
