Investors associated with the property show to be offered a complimentary trip to Dubai

New Delhi: The “Bankers Real Estate” Dubai Property Show 2025 was held today at Le Meridien Hotel, New Delhi, witnessing strong participation from investors seeking secure and high-return property opportunities in Dubai. The event focused on providing practical guidance and on-ground facilitation for Indian investors.

Addressing the media, Arshad Qureshi Aslam, head of the property show, said the initiative is aimed at people who wish to invest in Dubai real estate with complete security and transparency. Highlighting Dubai’s tax-free income system, he described the emirate as one of the most attractive global investment destinations, offering significantly higher returns on property investments.

“Our objective is to ensure maximum profit for investors. That is why we have come directly to Delhi to connect with Indian buyers,” Qureshi said. He added that investors associated with the show would also be offered a complimentary trip to Dubai.

To accommodate investors with budget limitations, flexible payment plans spanning three to four years have been introduced, along with special booking offers. Qureshi further clarified that no interest is charged on installment-based property purchases. He noted that many Indian investors are unable to travel to Dubai due to various constraints, and the Delhi event aims to provide them with end-to-end facilities locally.

Importantly, he announced that an investment of ₹5 crore qualifies the investor and their entire family for a 10-year Golden Visa.

During the event, Mohammad Gulfam and Muhammad Aslam Qureshi stated that the response to the program exceeded expectations. A large number of visitors attended the show, with CEO Arshad Qureshi personally guiding investors and addressing their queries.
