New Delhi//20/04/2022 ::Maulana Arshad Madani President Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind welcomes the immediate intervention of Supreme court in Demolition Drive In Delhi’s Jahangirpuri . Hearing the petition (Diary No. 11955-2022) filed by Jamiat Ualma-i-Hind, Supreme Court Orders Status Quo On Demolition Drive In Delhi’s Jahangirpuri.
Welcoming the the immediate intervention of Supreme court Maulana Arshad Madani said that we welcome this preliminary order of the court and hope that the verdict will be in our favor, In sha Allah.
Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind has always welcomed and will continue to welcome any government or court decision regarding the maintaining of law and order in the country. Senior Advocate Kapil Sibal appeared from Jamiat Ualma-i-Hind.
अध्यक्ष जमीयत उलमा-ए-हिंद मौलाना अरशद मदनी ने दिल्ली के जहांगीरपुरी में विध्वंस अभियान में सुप्रीम कोर्ट के तत्काल हस्तक्षेप का स्वागत किया.
जमीयत उलमा-ए-हिंद द्वारा दायर याचिका (Diary No. 11955-2022) पर सुनवाई करते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने दिल्ली के जहांगीरपुरी में डिमोलिशन ड्राइव पर यथास्थिति (status quo) बनाए रखने का आदेश दिया। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के तत्काल हस्तक्षेप का स्वागत करते हुए मौलाना अरशद मदनी ने कहा कि हम अदालत के इस प्रारंभिक आदेश का स्वागत करते हैं और आशा करते हैं कि फैसला हमारे पक्ष में होगा।
जमीयत उलेमा-ए-हिंद ने हमेशा देश में कानून-व्यवस्था बनाए रखने के संबंध में किसी भी सरकार या अदालत के फैसले का स्वागत किया है और आगे भी करता रहेगा। जमीयत उलमा-ए-हिंद की ओर से वरिष्ठ वकील कपिल सिब्बल पेश हुए।
