AAP MLA Somnath Bharti arrested in New Delhi in the case of manhandling AIIMS security staff

Delhi Police today arrested Aam Aadmi Party MLA Somnath Bharti in connection with an AIIMS boundary wall dispute case. Earlier, an FIR was registered against Mr. Bharti and his supporters for allegedly damaging AIIMS property and misbehaving with security guards. A case was registered on a complaint by Chief Security Officer of AIIMS on 9th of this month. Mr. Bharti is already facing a domestic violence case filed by his wife. He  is on bail in this case.
