Key Appeals for Development:

1. Relocation of the Cattle Market:
The existing cattle market is in residential areas and religious sites (such as Eidgahs, Masjids, Dargahs, and graveyards).

Jan Nisar has urged that the market be relocated to a suitable site outside the city and a modern “Rythu Bazaar” be established at its current location. This would facilitate direct trading between farmers and consumers.

2. Upgrade of the Regional Hospital to a Modern District Hospital:
Considering the increasing patient load and lack of essential medical facilities, Nisar has requested the upgradation of the current hospital to a 300-bed modern district hospital equipped with more dialysis machines, ventilators, an ICU, 24/7 laboratory services, and ambulance facilities.

3. Smart Bus Station and Improved Public Transport:
Due to the poor condition of the Zahirabad bus depot and limited bus services, persons with disabilities, women, and the elderly face great hardship in commuting.

Jan Nisar proposed the construction of a modern smart bus station with amenities such as clean drinking water, waiting lounges, hygienic restrooms, a welcoming entrance, CC roads, and increased electric bus services.

He also suggested issuing tickets based on available seats and accepting Aadhaar-based digital identity for women.

4. Establishment of Educational Institutions and Equal Opportunities:
To promote higher education and vocational training, especially for disabled individuals, women, Urdu-medium students, and those from minority backgrounds, Dr. Nisar proposed the establishment of D.Ed, B.Ed, M.Ed, and PG colleges along with an Urdu-medium junior college.

He also recommended increasing the number of seats at Kendriya Vidyalaya in Jharasangam (v) to benefit more students with quality education.

Following Zahirabad’s inclusion in the National Industrial Corridor Development Programme (NICDP), a planned industrial strategy has become essential.

Nisar has urged the formulation of a comprehensive Smart Industrial City master plan that includes 200-ft-wide roads, green zones, necklace roads, open gyms, integrated urban transport, and modern infrastructure.

6. Special Welfare Measures for Minorities:
Taking into account the socio-economic backwardness of minorities, Dr. Jan Nisar has appealed for a comprehensive welfare package.

This includes the establishment of a TSMFC (Telangana State Minorities Finance Corporation) branch to provide subsidised business and education loans, a maternity and general hospital for minority women and children, a Hajj House for pilgrim assistance, and a function hall.

He also called for the fencing, sanitation, digital mapping, and maintenance of graveyards.

Public Expectations from the Hon’ble Chief Minister:
Dr. Jan Nisar Moin earnestly requested the Telangana Chief Minister to consider and announce these public welfare-based proposals during his visit to Zahirabad.

The citizens are hopeful that these initiatives will lay the foundation for transforming the city into a model smart city, ultimately enhancing the quality of life for its residents.
